For a modern touch of romance surrounded by thoughtful luxury and seductive comfort, the Mondrian Scottsdale blends imagination and function to turn any wedding into a memorable, one-of-a-kind celebration.
Set amid the beautiful vistas of the Arizona desert, this urban resort offers unique indoor and outdoor settings to accommodate up to 300 guests. The Mondrian Scottsdale employs a full service event staff to assist the bride and groom with their plans from start to finish.
“We can plan a bride and groom’s schedule of events,” agrees Nicole Hobbs, Director of Catering. “We can coordinate all their food and beverage details, from menu design to desserts to an intimate brunch for their guests after the big day.”
The lobby’s evocative imagery of the Garden of Eden hints at the abundant pleasures and luxuries to be found throughout this resort. A mix of design, textures, textiles, artwork and lighting as envisioned by designer Benjamin Noriega-Ortiz enhances the opulent and well-appointed feel of the meeting rooms and guest suites alike.
From ceremony to celebration, the elegant Studios afford couples the opportunity to add their own unique style to a sleek and chic setting. Flowing Tiffany blue curtains cover the studio walls, creating a soft, graceful look accented by rich chocolate carpeting and classic white linens.
The Gathering offers “urban loft sophistication,” described by Hobbs as “perfect for an intimate affair.” Sheer white curtains, graceful, petite chandeliers and chic custom white furniture create a simply but stunning intimate space for a couple to celebrate their big day.
The catering team can make recommendations for local professionals including flowers, photography and musical entertainment. They can even arrange some relaxation time at the rejuvenating on-site Agua Spa. Couples are welcome to use their own vendors with prior written consent from the Mondrian’s Catering Manager, excluding food and beverage vendors. www.mondrianscottsdale.com
