Songs have been written ...

...and proposals have been made about the harvest moon, but it was the harvest sunset that brought the magic to the October wedding of Ivy Reed and Joseph Ciolli.

Says the bride, “Our Wedding Day was surreal. With our sunset wedding ceremony the sky looked like a tapestry. It was a vibrant sunset with the colors of orange, red, blue, and purple. We were in a private area of the Four Seasons Resort at Troon. Just as the ceremony began with the string quartet, a hawk happened to fly over the Pinnacle Peak Mountain which was our backdrop for the ceremony.” As Ivy descended the staircase to the ceremony, butterflies were released. She then entered the rose-scattered aisle flanked by glowing candles.

The couple’s chupah was covered in cream colored silk drapes, adorned with spectacular arrangements of white and pink roses. Ivy recalls, “The ceremony was breathtaking and set the romantic and loving mood for the rest of the evening.”

Stepping into the reception cocktail hour was like stepping into a Vegas showroom. Serenading the newlyweds was a Frank Sinatra impersonator flown in for the occasion. Guests were treated to a video and photo montage of the couple’s courtship, including their respective childhoods and the events leading up to their marriage. Says Ivy, “With our DJ and Band taking turns entertaining us for the evening, our Wedding Day was a magical evening I will never forget!”
